Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our tree pruning services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.

Service Adjustments

In the event that our tree pruning service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or your expectations, we will:

Schedule a return visit to address any issues
Make necessary corrections at no additional charge
Work with you to find a satisfactory solution

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled tree pruning service:

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
Deposits for scheduled services are refundable if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date

Weather-Related Cancellations

We understand that weather conditions can affect tree pruning work. If weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to perform the service, we will reschedule at no charge. You will not be charged for weather-related cancellations.

Refund Policy

Refunds for tree pruning services are considered on a case-by-case basis:

If service has not yet been performed, full refunds are available
If service has been completed but does not meet agreed specifications, we will work to resolve the issue before considering a refund
Partial refunds may be available if only a portion of the agreed work was completed
